🏠👨‍💻 Work From Home

With the development of IT technologies (and the spread of 👑🦠 Coronavirus), many companies began to hire employees for remote work — when the employee doesn’t have to be at his workplace in the 🏢 Office, and performs his professional duties remotely. In the modern world there are many opportunities for working remotely, at 🏠 Home or in a cafe, for example: 💻 Laptops, tablets, 📱 Smartphones, etc. Many company employees choose a remote way of working, which has many advantages ✔️:

  • saving money 💵 (the employee doesn’t need to spend money on 🚌 transport, brunch, lunch, etc.);
  • saving time resources 🕐 (the employee doesn’t spend time on the way to work and can 😴 Sleep longer 🛌💤);
  • working in a relaxed atmosphere;
  • reducing the risk of respiratory diseases 😷;
  • cooperation with international companies 🗺.
Remote work also has several negative aspects, for example:
  • force majeure circumstances (equipment breakdown, 🌏 Internet disconnection);
  • misunderstanding with employees and lack of live communication;
A funny example of an online conference:Remote work should not be confused with freelancing, as employees with remote work have 📄 an employment contract, 🕙 working hours, 📆 weekends and 🏖 vacations, the same workload as other employees of the company with one reservation: “out of office”.
