Terms of Use
Last Updated: April 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Emojis.Wiki, including the website, AI emoji generator, and related paid AI packs. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws. If you create an account or sign in through Google, you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activities that happen under your session.
2. Our Services
Emojis.Wiki provides:
- emoji reference and content pages;
- an AI emoji generation feature;
- optional paid AI packs that increase generation allowance.
We may change, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time.
3. User Content and Prompts
You are responsible for the text, prompts, requests, and other content you submit through the site. You must have the rights needed to submit that content, and you must not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit where prohibited, misleading, or harmful.
If you use the AI feature as a guest, some generated outputs may appear in public areas of the product. If you use the AI feature while signed in, your generated outputs may be linked to your account and shown privately within your account experience.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- attempt to bypass quotas, guest restrictions, rate limits, or payment flows;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, infrastructure, or connected providers;
- reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or automate the service in a way that harms reliability;
- use the service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content;
- misuse another person’s account, identity, or payment information.
We may block, limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, or reusing them.
Emojis.Wiki does not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Payments, Credits, and Digital Goods
Paid AI packs are processed through Polar. Prices, currencies, and available pack sizes may change at any time.
Purchased AI credits or generation allowances are digital product entitlements for use within the service. Except where required by law, purchases are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected].
We may delay, reject, or revoke credits associated with failed, reversed, fraudulent, or invalid transactions.
7. Accounts and Guest Access
Guest access may be limited, rate-limited, or blocked to protect the service. Account holders may also be limited based on credit balance, abuse signals, or operational safeguards.
You are responsible for using the service only through your own session and only for lawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The site structure, branding, original text, and product functionality of Emojis.Wiki are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Emoji names remain part of the Unicode Standard, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Emojis.Wiki is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, Microsoft, or other third-party brands referenced on the site.
9. Service Availability and Liability
We try to keep the service available and useful, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emojis.Wiki disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination and Changes
We may update these Terms or change the service at any time. If you continue to use the service after updated Terms become effective, the updated Terms will apply to your future use.
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse or security issues.
11. Contact
