Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Emojis.Wiki collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the site, sign in, use the AI emoji generator, or purchase AI packs. If you have questions or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps;
- cookie and consent preferences;
- account data provided through Google sign-in via Supabase, such as your email address, user ID, and basic profile information;
- AI feature data such as prompts, generation status, guest identifier, usage metadata, and generated image records;
- purchase-related metadata such as checkout IDs, product IDs, payment status, and credit balance records;
- support or deletion requests you send to us by email.
We do not intentionally ask for sensitive personal data through the AI feature. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like most websites, Emojis.Wiki uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, keep sessions working, and understand product usage.
This includes an AI guest cookie named emw_ai_guest_id, which helps us remember free guest usage, show your guest session state, and apply anti-abuse protections. We also use a consent management tool so you can manage advertising and privacy preferences.
You can change your cookie preferences through the consent controls available on the site. Disabling some cookies may affect how some features work.
3. Google Sign-In and Supabase
If you choose to sign in with Google, authentication is handled through Supabase. We may receive and store data associated with your account, including:
- your Supabase user ID;
- your email address;
- basic profile information made available by Google, such as your display name.
We use this information to create and maintain your session, show your account state inside the AI feature, connect purchases to your account, and keep your private generated images associated with the correct user.
4. AI Generator Data
When you use /ai, we process data needed to run the feature, including:
- the text prompt you submit;
- moderation or safety results;
- generation status logs;
- guest or account identifiers;
- anti-abuse and rate-limit signals, including IP-based request context;
- generated image metadata and storage keys.
Guest generations may be stored as public AI creations visible in the public AI gallery. Authenticated user generations are stored as private account-linked creations unless stated otherwise in the product experience.
AI prompts and outputs are processed through third-party infrastructure used to generate and refine images. Do not use the AI feature to submit unlawful, abusive, or highly sensitive material.
5. Payments and Credits
If you purchase AI packs, checkout and payment handling are provided by Polar. We may store order-related metadata such as checkout ID, product ID, order amount, payment status, and the number of AI generations credited to your account.
We do not store full payment card details on Emojis.Wiki. Payment information is handled by Polar and its payment partners under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- operate and secure the website;
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- provide the AI generator and image storage workflow;
- enforce guest limits, account limits, and anti-abuse controls;
- process purchases and credit balances;
- improve reliability, monitor failures, and troubleshoot support issues;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
7. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the product, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and account-linked application data;
- Cloudflare R2 and related delivery infrastructure for storing and serving generated images;
- FAL or other configured AI processing providers for prompt safety checks, image generation, and background removal;
- Polar for checkout, order, and billing workflows;
- Ezoic and advertising partners for monetization, analytics, consent-linked advertising, and fraud prevention.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Emojis.Wiki’s Privacy Policy does not control third-party services outside our systems.
For more detailed information about Ezoic’s privacy practices and partners, please review: https://g.ezoic.net/privacy/emojis.wiki
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account state, process purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Generated image records, guest session records, and account-related AI history may remain available until they are deleted by us, removed through product functionality, or no longer needed for service operation. Some third-party providers may retain logs or records according to their own policies.
If you want us to delete or review personal data associated with your use of Emojis.Wiki, contact [email protected] and include enough detail for us to identify your request.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and users in the EEA or UK may have rights under GDPR and similar laws.
If you make a privacy request, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it.
10. Children’s Information
Emojis.Wiki is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request promptly.
11. Third-Party Policies
